Man Arrested for Alcohol and Drug Trafficking
The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal, in collaboration with the Nunavik Police Service and the Sûreté du Québec, has arrested a man in Montreal for alcohol and drug trafficking in various Northern villages of Nunavik.
The suspect is a man in his thirties from Montreal. He is suspected of trafficking in various Northern villages of Nunavik.
The investigation led to the seizure of dozens of vodka bottles, cannabis, methamphetamine pills, cocaine, crack, bank cards and cash.
Initiated in January 2021, this investigation was led in collaboration with other partners such as Canada Post and the SAQ. The suspect will appear in court on August 9.
