Milestones in Service and Leadership Celebrated at National Police Chiefs Event

From June 12 to 14, Chief of Police Jean-Pierre Larose, O.O.M., along with colleagues, Shaun Longstreet and Patrice Abel, attended the Quebec First Nation and Inuit Police Chiefs Association Conference in Quebec City.
This event brought together police leaders and delegates from across Quebec and Canada to exchange best practices, strengthen partnerships, and celebrate excellence within Indigenous and Northern policing.
A highlight of the gathering was the recognition of three dedicated Nunavik-based members, Shaun Longstreet, Paul Turle, and Frantz Chiasson, each honored for 15 years of exemplary service.

In addition, Chief Larose was recognized by fellow police chiefs across Canada for his outstanding contributions to policing, innovative leadership, and for serving as an inspiring role model to colleagues and future generations of police leaders.
